"Train" them. Then what? Once again, society lays fixing the "problem" at the feet of teachers. Teacher who are attacked and maligned on a regular basis by the very people who apparently aren't doing their jobs in the first place; community "leadership" and parents. Yeah, imagine that - it all begins at home.
