Vote meeting changed LISBON—The Columbiana County Board of Elections meeting set to reconvene at 8:30 a.m. today, has been changed to 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the board office at 41 N. Park Ave. The board will be certifying the Nov. 3 General Election. Hospital Bazaar set SALEM—Salem Community Center’s fourth annual Holiday Bazaar Extraordinaire will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Antique show planned BELOIT—“Christmas by the Lake,” a huge antique and craft show, is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Lake Placentia, 3300 Westville Lake Road. Face painting and photos with Santa will be available for children. Santa will arrive at noon on Saturday and Sunday with stockings full of goodies for children, sponsored by Kaiser Construction and Excavating.
